Mary, as Gretchen the Gargantuan Woman, was of course lovely and had colossal boobs, but more than that, she had the strength of ten burly men.

Mary found herself creeping into her character of Gretchen whenever she talked to her sister Rosalie. While her voice remained the squeak of a mouse, she would emphasize her tirades (which is how Mary told stories, the news, the weather, anything at all) with physical waving of her long skinny arms and take on the gruff brow of a billy goat.

Gretchen was all that Mary knew she could be, could have been, had she never tried to wear Rosalie's shadows.
