    Thank you. Am trying to remain on a creative path, but was having a hard time until this afternoon when I spun out Jacob and Matilde above. Strove for minimalism, character building, reader involvement and meaning. It made me happier than my writing has in a long time, as far as considering all the techniques of writing and trying to incorporate them instead of just letting out words. Did more editing on this first draft than I’ve ever done.
