EDUCATION: Essays & Weblog Citation

Professor Jerz of Jerz’s Literacy Log has been kind enough to post proper methods of citing weblogs for use in student essay’s — or any other paper for that matter that would include quotes or ideas put forth in writing on weblogs. 1. Gaah! Should’ve hit preview first.

Those links will soon scroll off the home page, so here are the permalinks:

Thank you again. In this age of weblogs and internet research, this problem of correct citing of weblog writing is timely and I have added them to a new Reference Category in the sidebar. Overnight there were a good 80 or more hits on “The Swimmer” alone, and I can see that the searchers have followed all the entries on it so some of them are obviously interested enough to use some of the material. Now at least they’ll do it properly.

Or, I guess they’ll have to be in the Lit/Writing list until I figure out the html to add another category list w/o losing what I’ve put on the page so far.

Jeez, all you have to do is follow directions…
Your much needed citation forms are under Reference. Thanks again!
