Cliché: Life is full of ups and downs.
Truth: Most of life, in between its stages, is spent crablike, moving sideways.
Even Super Mario meets brick walls, and leaps up to scamper across a new plateau. I suppose that there is also much truth in the cliché that we must overcome to continue and what doesn’t kill us, makes us stronger. We’re all in the same mad rush to the exit, and yet in the grand movie theater of life, we don’t want to sit in the back row to be first out the door.
Watch the movie, understand the plot, feel the nuances of the acting and dialogue, don’t miss what is subtly shown in the background. And realize, that the ending is the most important. Don’t leave too soon–stay in your seat until the credits roll.
