WRITING: Change and Constants

Honesty, as crisp and clear as blue-sky mornings, even clouds defined will blow on by. Nature teaches us to teach our children, never changing, ever changing moving angles; every season different views of what has been and ever will be same and stable, growing larger, living, dying in a day.

Truth is sad sometimes, but mostly happy. Truth is true and that is that. Prepare with truth the children to accept the possibilities and what is good and need be changed or not. Honesty is all around and in us, and no, deer aren’t really sleeping on the highways.

One Response to WRITING: Change and Constants

  1. Sallie says:

Honesty is the way I teach my children about life. Possibilities are endless if you use that rule. You don’t have to color what isn’t. Some days it is easy some days it is not. Reality sometimes puts me on a different page then “they” are on. I try to point out the rainbows after the rain and steer far away when I see the deer in the headlights. Thank-you for putting your thoughts down in such a beautiful way, they match mine today.
