Just came from a weblog where I left a comment regarding writing, and ran into one of those "code" comment monitors. Put the code in (no big deal), pressed the submit button, and voila! "Error in code". No problem, except that my comment had been erased. I left without bothering to rewrite it.
Just like not waiting over a reasonable amount of time for a site to load, the new anti-spam methods may deter many from commenting on the blogs. It’s a shame, but has become the norm in many areas, for both good and bad: Because of a few, the masses must suffer.
