I knew it’d show up eventually. I’ve gone on and on about this before, that either politics or some cockamaimie superficial but politically correct term slips out in each and every course on a college campus. And here it is:

I’ve been hearing one lately that I might rant about if I get in the right mood: a fountain is no longer a fountain it is a “water feature.”
I don’t even understand the reason for some of these new terms. It’s like they re-name things just for the sake of re-naming.
I’m still struggling with “Attention Deficit Disorder.”
Water feature? Good Lord.
And Mark, I e-mailed you about ADD, since my opinion would be waaaay politically incorrect.
Ya gotta love it. I live for the giggles when I catch these things.
