Thanks to Slushpile for the heads up on Cormac McCarthy’s latest, Country for Old Men, due out tomorrow. He includes an excerpt and link to Jeffrey Lent’s review in the Washington Post (critique MY McCarthy? Why he’s right up there with Willie in my heart and mind). Needless to say, this will be in the shopping cart I’ll be wheeling through Amazon.com in the next week or two.
