I may as well get the political ravings out now before the stress tests and maybe it’ll prove healthier.
What a sad slate of candidates we have here in CT to pick from. Some in-denial Republicans walking around on a Shakespearean stage shouting Out damned spot! while they drag their cloaks through the Democratic smears of Bush’s war. And the other motley crew of Democrats, tattle-tale crybabies all. All told, a sorrier bunch of doo-dahs I’ve never seen.
What happened to the men and women who believed in doing right, working hard, overcoming obstacles through positive thinking and planning to make a country that others could envy instead of a country not only hated by everyone else, but sadly, now even their own.
Please, can’t someone with mere common sense and a shred of decency please run for political office?
