The longer I live, the more I believe that man is inherently evil and must be taught to overcome his own nature to live among others of his kind. Babies will slap out at what annoys them, but must be taught how to kiss, or gently touch. Animal litters will play fight; they do not sit down and play monoply.
What is original sin but instinct?
