    Susan, I am not a scoffer – but what else can I do? But scoff?

    Now that I’ve given proper feedback to the Steinbeck thing, I wanted to wish you a very merry Holiday Season. Hope this year is truly special for you and yours.

    You wouldn’t believe what people–likely students–google this weblog for when all they have to do is read the books! It’s disheartening.
