Loretta, the sad part is that I know you’re one of the few lawyers who would understand the damage this is doing to the family by dragging it out, and that you have a sense of fair play that likely strongly influences how you act as a lawyer. I knew you didn’t practice in CT, otherwise I would have hired you long ago!
There aren’t many out there–or else I’m just catching all the wrong ones–who care about the people involved in a case more than their own fee.
Since I’m a member of CT Weblogs, I was just kind of hoping that a CT lawyer might run across this and be up to the challenge, but no bites.
Had me one of those once, l. levine, connecticut bit aside. Son of a gun up and retired. I’ve had broken marriages that impacted me less.
