I have had Michael Arnzen’s “100 Jolts” since it first came out, and he has since published a new novel called “Play Dead.”
I think that for the short story category of my reading journey, I shall put this next in line. It’s been a while since I’ve read horror–it used to be my absolute favorite for years and years and I’d read little else during that time period. And, I think it will be a nice blend with Didascalicon, the video Still Life, and for the learning category, either one of the graphics software guides such as MX Flash or something on philosophy. I think I’ll hold off on the fiction writing how-tos since I am learning it as well from the reading I’m doing. I may throw a novel in here too right now, since most of the others except for Still Life are usually read in spurts either because of short story format or for digestion time for learning and comprehension, as is especially Didascalicon. Although in truth, Still Life, because I am still relatively new to the format, is a learning experience for me as well as story.
