WRITING: Printing

Had to stop and think a moment what category this post would fall under, and decided that yes, even though it’s no longer the only method, printing is still a very large part of writing.

When I first started Spinning, part of the blurb in the logo went something like, "spinning tales, blah, blah, blah…or spinning my wheels."  Well, that last part is probably where I am right now.  Trying to finagle a printer into eating an odd sized paper and leaving teethmarks on both sides.

While this is frustrating to figure out all the various paths to seek the right method, it’s also a good way to learn.  Sure, I suppose I can simply ask (yes, I have glanced through the printer and Word software contents), but it’s almost like a treasure hunt to find my own way around the system.  Or better yet, a mystery to be solved.

Yeah, it’s kind of fun.  But I’ll be pissed, I suppose, if there’s an easy way and I’m just overlooking it.
