BLOGGING: Time and Space

Today is my 365th day of blogging with Typepad (I started with Blogspot, but just stayed a week or two) and if I find five more things worth blogging about without resorting to silly ass fillers, I can claim 1200 entries that have remained in place (many had been moved to other weblogs or deleted, so I’m not counting them).

I was a quiet child. I still don’t talk a lot. I guess I may have found not only my voice, but my megaphone in weblogs. Or else I’m just starting on the path of senility and blabbering about nothing.

(Note: Typepad hasn’t mentioned anything about renewal. Do you think maybe they’ve just been patiently waiting for me to expire?)

I just wish you’d stop battling with yourself all the time.

It is my way of life, Neha. I am a split personality, a scorpio, a Jekyl and Hyde. I hide from the moon because it tends to make me howl. If I did not question myself, I would be merely content, and would then not be presumptuous enough to question others. And when I argue with myself, I can always be assured of victory.

I know it was a bit sad, but I couldn’t help giggling, nonethless. Megaphone blogging. You need to copyright that one.

Is it any wonder that I was a child who was not permitted to speak? No wonder my fingers never stop talking! So here we are, just a couple of quiet kids hanging out together in our little corner of the (blog) world.

p.s. please do not expire; it’s time for renerwal

Happy Anniversary you! Hard to believe a whole year has gone by.

Thanks, friends. Yes, I shall renew; it’s too amazing looking back and seeing all the changes in both Spinning and myself.

In other words, I’m afraid I’ve jammed the shut-off, shut-up switch!

  6. Loretta says:

congratulations on a year, Susan. The world is richer for your voice.
